Delete your account

You can delete your Hearthcrown account yourself, any time, from inside the game.

In the game

  1. Open Settings (the cog at the bottom of the screen).
  2. Tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. The game asks twice, so it can’t happen by accident.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Can’t open the game?

Email [email protected] with your character’s name and say you’d like your account deleted. We may ask you to show it’s yours, and we’ll do it within 30 days.

What’s deleted

  • Your account and your sign-in (Apple, Google or guest).
  • Your character and everything it owns: items, Crowns, skills, quests and your cottage.
  • Your world, your friends list and your play history.

What’s kept

The game’s record of trades and item changes keeps the numbers, with no name attached, so the kingdom’s economy still adds up. Our servers’ short-lived technical logs expire on their own. Theprivacy policy has the details.
